Shipping Information

We offer FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $75, excluding Hawaii & Alaska.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase.

PROCESSING TIME:

When we receive your order, we will begin processing your order for shipment, which includes verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are processed and shipped (within 1-3 business days) Monday-Friday only.

If for some unforeseen reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME: (*not including the 1-3 day processing time):

This refers to the time after an order is shipped to the time it arrives at its destination. For US-based deliveries we use UPS, FEDEX, and USPS.

Specific delivery time frames related to individual products can be found on the product's page under the 'Shipping & Delivery' tab. Delivery for most orders is typically within 1-5 business days. Some orders can take up to 14 business days, depending on your exact location. 

For international deliveries, we use various shipping partners depending on the destination. The shipping time may vary due to customs, but is typically within 14-20 days.

TRACKING:

Once we've processed your order, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to contact us.

Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to start showing in the system for some orders.
