Shipping Information

We offer FREE shipping on orders within the United States and most international countries.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase.

PROCESSING TIME:

When we receive your order, we will begin processing your order for shipment, which includes verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are processed and shipped (within 1-3 business days) Monday-Friday only.

If for some unforeseen reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME: (*not including the 1-3 day processing time):

This refers to the time after an order is shipped to the time it arrives at its destination. For US-based deliveries we use USPS, FEDEX, UPS  – and ePacket, a US Postal Service product.

Specific delivery time frames related to individual products can be found on the product's page under the 'Shipping & Delivery' tab. Delivery for most orders is typically within 4-7 business days. Some orders can take up to 14 business days, depending on your exact location. 

For international deliveries, the shipping time may vary due to customs.

TRACKING:

Once we've processed your order, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@shoptarahco.com

Please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking information to start showing in the system for some orders.
