Shipping Information

Standard Shipping for U.S. orders less than $75 is $6.95 and FREE for orders over $75, excluding International, Hawaii & Alaska.

With our standard shipping option, we choose the best available service considering cost and destination. Once an order is shipped, delivery is typically within 1-5 business days for most orders.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FRAMES (based on location):

Orders to the East Coast: 1-2 business days

Orders to the Southeast: 2-3 business days

Orders to the Midwest: 3-4 business days

Orders to the West Coast: 5 business days

For larger orders ($120+) to the West Coast states (CA, NV, AK, OR, AZ, and UT), please allow up to 8 business days for delivery with standard shipping.

Expedited shipping options are also available for all U.S. based locations and are displayed at checkout.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED?

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your payment method for the purchase.

PROCESSING TIME:

When we receive your order, we will begin processing your order for shipment, which includes verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are processed and shipped (within 1-2 business days) Monday-Friday only.

If for some unforeseen reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

This refers to the time after an order is shipped to the time it arrives at its destination. For US-based deliveries we use UPS, FEDEX, and USPS.

Delivery for most orders is typically within 1-5 business days. Some orders can take up to 14 business days, depending on your exact location. Specific delivery time frames related to individual products may also be found on the product's page under the 'Shipping & Delivery' tab.

For international deliveries, we use various shipping partners depending on the destination. The shipping time may vary due to customs, but is typically within 14-20 days.

TRACKING:

Once we've processed your order, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to contact us.

Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to start showing in the system for some orders.
