Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we strive to deliver the best products possible. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be initiated within (30) days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please do not send your purchase back to the fulfillment center. To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges on returns for reasons that are considered personal choice. Examples include a change of mind or ordering the wrong color or size. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
We will gladly provide you with a prepaid label to return items that were shipped by error on our part (i.e. wrong item sent) and we will replace any items that arrive broken.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
We try to package items as securely as possible, however sometimes breakages and damage do still occur while the item is traveling during shipping. If you receive a broken or damaged delivery, please report it to us within 24 hours of receiving it. Please be advised that we may ask you to provide photos of the broken item and packaging.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable goods such as food
- Intimate products or sanitary goods
- Any item listed as final sale due to hygienic purposes
If your order is lost or an item is defective, please email us at email@example.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
After receiving your return, and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If you are due a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
In order to continue offering competitive prices and free shipping, returns for reasons that are considered personal choice, will be subject to a restocking fee of 15-20% of the purchase price. We do NOT charge restocking fees for damaged or defective items or for items shipped by error on our part.
