After your order has been placed, it immediately goes through a process of verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. This process typically takes 2-3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days. During peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays, this may take longer. You will receive a tracking number via email after your order has been processed.
We offer free shipping on all orders. Because some of our items are shipped from international warehouses, shipping times may vary. Delivery typically takes 7-14 days as we select a balance of the fastest and cost effective shipping method offered. Delivery times may be a little longer during the holiday season.

Depending on the destination in the world, some orders may take longer due to couriers and customs inspections, so please take this into consideration should your order not arrive within 20 days.
Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order to get them to you quicker and some of our specialty items are shipped from various international warehouses. Therefore, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages and may be delivered at different times. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

After receiving your return, and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
